    Course Description

Welcome to the English Communication and Business Etiquette course!

As the title of the course suggests, here we are going to brush up on our skills in communication and other business etiquettes. Whether in a formal or informal conversation, verbal ability, etiquette, and communication skills are imperative. People can misunderstand you if you accidentally use the wrong body signs. Not just in a formal setting but also in informal settings such as family get-togethers, good communication skills leave a lasting impression. People are judged everywhere for their ability to pull up small talk and strike an engaging conversation. Good communication skills not only depend on a wide array of topics to converse on but also on normal day-to-day greetings and introductions. Most of the courses available on various online platforms are either on communication skills or on business etiquette but an amalgamation of these two interwoven skills is the USP of this course. In this course, you will learn about communication skills, correct body language, etiquette, verbal ability, and so much more.
